What stage do you invest in?+

We focus on pre-seed and seed-stage technology companies. We are most useful when a founder has a clear customer insight, early product direction, and a milestone that direct capital can unlock.

What check size should founders expect?+

Our direct checks typically range from $250K to $2M. Final check size depends on stage, round size, ownership, traction, and the clarity of the next 12 to 18 month milestone.

Do you invest outside the United States?+

Yes. We review founders globally. Geography matters less than founder-market fit, product quality, market size, and the ability to build a venture-scale company.

Pitch Review

What should I include when I pitch?+

Send your deck or product link, founder background, stage, sector, round size, traction snapshot, and the milestone this funding will unlock. Specific metrics and customer evidence help us move faster.

How quickly do you respond?+

We aim to respond to selected startup pitches within 5 business days. If there is strong fit, the next step is usually a focused founder conversation.

Do I need revenue before pitching?+

No. Revenue is helpful but not required. Strong usage, customer pull, pilots, waitlist quality, technical differentiation, or founder-market fit can all be meaningful early signals.

Sectors

Which sectors are the best fit?+

We are most interested in AI and SaaS, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, fintech, and B2B infrastructure. We like software that can become core workflow, infrastructure, or a system of record.

Do you fund consumer startups?+

We review selectively, but our strongest fit is usually B2B or infrastructure-style software. Consumer startups need a clear distribution edge, monetization path, and venture-scale market.

Do you fund hardware or heavy capex businesses?+

Usually not unless there is a strong software layer and a capital-efficient path to validation. We prefer companies where software, data, or workflow depth creates the main advantage.

After Investment

How do you support founders after investing?+

We help with milestone planning, product architecture, cloud infrastructure, GTM thinking, hiring inputs, storytelling, and preparation for the next financing round.

Do you provide follow-on capital?+

Yes, follow-on support is available for portfolio companies showing strong progress against agreed milestones and a clear path toward the next institutional round.

Will founders work directly with decision makers?+

Yes. Our process is direct. Founders work with the people evaluating and making the funding decision, without unnecessary layers.
